ATC Tower Update

Last night, when I looked a livecam of Houston, it looked to me like that the ATC Tower now uses red lights at night. Can someone confirm if I'm correct on this or not? The ATC Tower is one of the towers that's part of Missouri City's antenna farm. It is the southern most tower of the three that are on the west side of the Fort Bend tollway.
