At least 6 cars broken into and 1 stolen at Astros game tonight.

My StepDad had his truck broken into tonight and he said 5 other cars around him also got broken into and another one got stolen. He was waiting for the cops but it was taking too long so he's just gonna leave. Is this a normal occurrence now?
