At IAH flying in internationally

Hi! First time visitor in a few weeks in Houston and flying in internationally. I just hope someone can answer my very specific question here lol. At IAH, before customs/at bagage claim, are there any toilets so you could change clothes and freshen up before going out to the meet and greet area when arriving internationally?
