At home healthcare

Does anyone know of like at home nurses for indigent or low income people? My gf mother was in a bad wreck and has more broke than not. Wreck happened monday and was sent home today. My guess is bc lack of insurance…since she has both arms, ribs, hip, neck, and a leg broke i think she might need a nurse to atleast just come by and check maybe once a day or something but i cant afford to foot the bill and she damn sure cant. Any help would be appreciated. I did check the harris health system web cite for the free clinics but it doesnt look like thats offered
