At-home euthanasia recommendations

Hi. My dog has been diagnosed with lymphoma. This is the first time I'll be going through putting a pet down, so I'd like to make a plan. My little old lady hates getting in the car and going to the vet, so I'd like to have this done at home. Please let me know who you recommend for a good experience. Thank you.
