Astros buddies question

We signed my son up for Astros buddies last season for the first time. As expected, he received his jersey, bag, hat and lanyard in the mail. We renewed his membership for this season, but my wife said all that came in the mail was his new badge. No jersey or anything else.

Question is, will they be sending him a jersey, etc. also? I assumed he would get the new items each year considering we paid the same cost as last season to renew.. thanks!
