Astros buddies and other questions regarding first game

So next Friday I will be attending the game with my child and wife it’ll be our first game and I’ve seen advice on here as far as getting there early and places to eat there but my friend recommended me Astros buddies and I was curious if I got the membership would we be able to attend the game that soon. Also any and all advice welcomed sorry if this is all over the place I just want a good first experience
