Astro A50s are not working on PS5

So I tried to trouble shoot this through reddit and on the internet. I thought I had fixed the issue, but the same thing has happened again. Gather around though because it is story time.

I purchased A50s because I wanted to splurge on a good headset and see the difference before the PS5 came out and I loved them. I then purchased a PS5 just as it came out and was displeased to find out I needed to by an adapter and have cords running this way and that in order to have my 400 dollar headset be compatible with the PS5, but hey that's ok right? They were phenomenal and I wanted to keep using them. So I bought the adapter for 50 dollars, but 2 years later if my settings are chat only the headset will emit sound for a minute, start to break up with static, and then emit no sound.

I Scowered the internet, contacted support with no reply after 8 business days, and then ended up buying a new 1 for my birthday because only a50s and the Sony headset can isolate game and voice chat sounds.

Lone behold the same issue is happening again with this brand new headset. All new cables to the adapter, TV, and the ps5. So I have spent 850 dollars on this (for the ps5 atleast) piece of junk and I can't even get any help from the customer service. I'm going to try plugging it into the wall instead of the ps5, but this is absurd for a headset of this price and supposed quality.
