Assistance with Trash/Damages from Construction Behind Property

Houses are being built behind my property. For weeks I have been finding nails, screws, chunks of wood and plastic, and pieces of trash. They have also completely broken a piece of my fence. I have never dealt with an issue like this because I am a new homeowner. The builder has been unresponsive to emails, calls and texts. Who can I contact for help?
