Asian Communities in Sugarland

I'm considering moving to Sugarland, and having quiet, considerate neighbors is very important to me. After spending a year in Asia visiting nine countries, I found Asians to be very conscientious making them desirable neighbors. While it may not be politically correct to single out a particular race, this is how I feel. Therefore, I'm trying to find out where the Asian communities are concentrated in Sugarland.
