Asian buffet

Hello everyone! I'm located southwest of Houston and know that Houston is huge, so I'll have a lot of exploring to do. However, I also wanted recommendations and feedback to help my exploration!

Are there any Asian buffets, where you order from a menu and the food is all made to order?
