As built certificate for fill dirt and grading residential project (Harris county)

Hello,

My boss lives in unincorporated Harris county in a home with some land. He has a permit from Harris County for fill dirt and grading on his property.

He will eventually need a 'As Built certificate' once the work is complete to present to the county. He is doing the work by his own farm employees, who are good at using the machines but are not engineers.

Can you recommend an engineer or appropriate, who can guide my boss and his employees to make sure the work is following the guidelines of the proposed plan in the permit, and then issue an as built certificate or refer to someone who can, once the work is complete?

We prefer using a small or independent business. Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
