As a Twins fan, I need to know…

How does Alvarez NOT have 100+ home runs in a season?! I’ve had a few days to mourn the end of our season, and I can’t get over this question. In our four game series, the dude sends four long. He played 114 regular season games, but only had 31 home runs. Is it just postseason clutch hitting, or does he not swing as big in the regular season.

Please, I need to make sense of all of this.
