As a long time Colts and Lions fan….Houston….I feel your pain.

Watching from the outside right now, I’m the similarities between Houston and when Jim Irsay took over the Colts are eerily similar. The Colts were a train wreck almost every season, because Jim wanted to be Jerry Jones, Jr. The ship got turned around here when Jim made the best decision of his life in hiring Bill Polian. Bill told Jim to sit down, collect his checks, and let a pro do his job. The Colts haven’t looked back since. Unfortunately, the McNairs don’t have a Polian to go to, so your pain is going to last a while. Cal is eerily similar to Ryan Grigson, and if anyone remembers, he set the Colts back at least 5 years.

Try and have faith that the mindsets will change, but Houston, you are gonna feel this pain for a long time.
