Artistic wall painter

Anyone know a good painter who could do a custom design in a bathroom?

I thought I could stencil stars on a bathroom wall- I cut the stencils, got the paint- and it’s been all downhill from there, nothing sticks to the walls and the paint ran down behind my stencils even with sponging. So I’m quitting it and looking to hire someone who actually does this for a living.
