Are you a Houston Metro bus operator? I could really use some help!

I'm currently a bus operator in NYC, I'm looking for a new start.. I'm thinking of starting over in Houston.

If you want, you could answer here but I'm perfectly fine with DMS as well.

1. Are you able to pick your work and days off? If so, how often do you pick your work? Example, at the mta we pick every 3 months. Once every season.

2. Does the work come in with built in OT or are the runs only 40 hours a week?

3.Besides taxes, what other fees and deductions are taken out? Example: Pension, medical fees, union dues. Also, how much in a percentage would you say gets taken out?

1. How is the advancement in the company?

2. What are the retirement requirements? Ours is 25 years and you have to be 55 years of age.
