Are these your dogs ?

My siblings found these dogs in our neighborhood yesterday and we thought they were one of our neighbors’ but today we saw them sitting outside of a friends house (they’re not their dogs). The dogs are nice and they don’t really bark we have given them water but we don’t have any dog food or dog stuff since we don’t own any dogs. They stick out their tongues a lot and breathe with it out and idk if that means anything. The black one seems to have a broken paw or leg. The back left one she can’t put any weight on it and limps. They’re both girls.
