Are these electricity rates reasonable?

I’m moving to a new home in a month and wanted to ask everyone if these rates are reasonable for a 1-yr contract. Have been renting, so I don’t know much about this.

If these are a little too high, I’ll get a 3-month contract and shop again in the fall. I also saw plans that are 9c for 1000 kwh, but if you’re right below that, you won’t get a credit and get hit with a higher rate (19c at 500 kwh). I like to keep it simple.
