Are there any pet UNFRIENDLY apartment complexes in this city or surrounding suburbs?

The apartments in Houston are made out of sticks and hay, I can't take it anymore!!! Two dog maximums in little apartments with rice paper for walls is ridiculous! Are there any apartment complexes ran by people with good sense in this city that specify NO PETS ALLOWED!?!?
