are there any jobs in houston that pay at least $17+ an hour?

I currently work at kroger and basically they have me doing stuff in pretty much every department and they won’t give me a raise bc apparently $14 is as high as i can earn at the moment. I have 4 going on 5 years of customer service and management experience along with a year of animal experience as well.
