Are there any inner loop apartments that are run and controlled by Karens?

My BF and I are currently in a big shithole apartment complex in Montrose. It's a new place but holy s**t is it hot GARBAGE. Just ghettoness abounds everywhere. Fights, dog poop, constant police, car break ins everyweek, people blasting their sound systems like they don't have neighbors, like we need to get out pronto. My fear is that we end up in a complex that's just as bad or even worse since a lot of inner loop apartments are just like this.

I'm hoping to find a complex that is the exact opposite. I want there to be Karens everywhere. I want the cops called on people who aren't supposed to be there. I'm open to insanely strict management. Ideally inside the loop or sugarland since my bf works on the SW side. Budget is 1500-2500
