Are there any good guys in the front office?

Hey I've only heard rumors about the different front office members since Bill O Brien left but are there any actual good guys or innocent ones among the major jobs. Ex. The new coach and gm im thinking are just being told what to do by the owner.

But also a lot of you are saying Jack Easterby is the problem because he's the right hand man. Is he just telling Cal McNair what to do and is the real instrument to our destruction? Or is Cal McNair a huge problem himself and Easterby is irrelevant?
