Are there any decent deals to be had on leased vehicles in the Houston area?

I know it's a bit of a long shot given the market, but it seems that there are people out there still managing to pay MSRP on a vehicle or at least close to it, without all of the "market adjustments", etc. Anyone have any recommended dealers around town? Bonus if it's on the North side of town.
