Are the Sam Houston Boat Tours still happening?

I recently heard about the Sam Houston Boat Tours for the first time, but I'm not sure if they are still going.

The website says that reservations open on the first of the month, but it looks like there are no open dates for October.

Has anyone heard if they are still doing tours?
