Are the linemen really working day and night

I am extremely thankful for the hard work that they started out doing. Let me start with that. However, work has slowed. 200,000+ people still have no power. I was curious and can't sleep since it's 85+ degrees in the house. So, I went for a drive. I drove all around cypress and saw zero. I repeat zero workers working on any lines, poles, utility wires, or power stations. I get the city is more important (I guess I feel my family is important too) but if they were really working around the clock wouldn't I see something. I drove from 529 and 99 all the way up past 290 and all around in a loop. Nothing, zip, ziltch. I have a newborn, 2 dogs and 2 cats all overheating and it's only going to get worse. I am devastated that we have had no power this long. If we have another storm or hurricane I am hoping the city is more prepared. I doubt it though.
