Hello! My family and I are house-hunting right now, and one of the houses we liked has a manhole in the backyard. I'm curious to know what issues that could bring. Does that mean any time the city needs to work on the utility, we would have to let them access our backyard (if we were to go with this house)?

The house overall looks nice, and is one of our faves out of what we have toured so far, we are just hesitating because of the manhole.
