Are high end steakhouses friendly to well behaved kids?

I'm taking my wife out for her birthday and I don't have the opportunity to get a sitter for the kids so I'm bring them with us. I'm thinking either Del Friscos, or possibly Brenner's (although I feel like I remember reading they didn't want kids there)

The kids are very well behaved if that matters.

Also, I'm sure you have a suggestion for a better steak house in Houston, feel free to make a suggestion!
