Architect Contractor/Firm?

Hello,

I’m planning on converting a 3 Car garage at a residential address in Greatwood, Sugarland to an ADU unit for elderly parents. I’m looking for an architect/contractor or Project engineer that is familiar with this process (drafting, engineering) to submit to HOA and the city. Anyone who’s familiar with this process or has done it before?
