Appliance (Washer) repair

Hello! Happy New Year! Our Samsung front loading washer has been louder during the spin cycle and today I heard a louder/weird noise towards the end and when I went to check it out there was a strong burning rubber smell and smoke when I opened the door. Anyone have a recommendation on a place I can call to repair it?
