Appealing Unemployment

Need some input. My wife’s job ghosted her and never contacted her about hours, removed her from the group chat for scheduling, and overall just stopped talking to her. We assumed they fired her so we filed for unemployment. However, the company she worked for says that she quit, which is not the case and as a result TWC says we are not qualified for unemployment. How easy is the appeal process for TWC?
