Apartments with private yard?

Hi! I am looking to move into an apartment and would prefer a place that has a private yard/puppy patio, or something with immediate outside access for a dog. I don't particularly want to walk through a whole apartment complex constantly to let a puppy out? Would prefer something in the inner loops/heights/memorial areas. If you know of any complexes that offer something like this, please let me know!
