Apartments with high walkability score, any advice?
I’m a single renter looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment with a high walkability. I’m trying to stay below $1500 per month. I’ve marked down Art House at Sawyer Yards, Co-op Waterworks, Midtown Grove, East End Lofts, and Sampson Lofts. I’m getting overwhelmed and don’t know if there are any hidden gems that are worth considering.
Flashy amenities like resort style pools don’t interest me. While I’m not opposed, I currently live in a mid-rise apartment with all the bells and whistles and I don’t use them.
Advice, reviews, and tips are welcome. Thank you in advance.
