Apartments near Med Center / NRG (apologies in advance)

I'm sorry for this post, I know they get annoying.

I'm taking a new job in Houston located between the Med Center and NRG stadium. Coming from north TX. I expect the job to be hybrid so I'll be commuting at least 1-2 times per week. Looking to avoid highways. Trying to stay under $1400/month.

I've found a few that look promising –
Alta Med Main
Advenir at the Med Center
District at Greenbriar
Camden Vanderbilt

I'm curious if anyone can recommend (or advise against) any of these, or have any other suggestions.
