Apartments in SE area(Webster,clear lake, etc)

Hello all, I’m looking for a new apartment in SE area and after numerous searches online and finding terrible reviews and various reasons(crazy rent,roaches, stupid fees,etc) I’ve decided to come here to ask if anyone knows an apartment complex that was “fair”. Seems like every apartment complex in clear lake sucks and if it doesn’t it’s “luxury” and cost almost 1/2 my monthly income. Anyways, sorry for the rant. I appreciate any help.
