Apartments (in Memorial / Heights / Military Rice) recommendations please!

Hello! I have never been to Houston but will be moving this summer for my job. I want to stay close to my work which is near Ikea but also want to find a nice neighborhood. We are in our early 30s so would prefer to live in a nice walkable neigbhorhood with good amenities.

If you have any recs for apartments you like with good parking, i would appreciate it!
I heard many stories of cars broken in so any i'm interested in gated apartments that take the security seriously.
