Apartment walkthrough checklist?

Moving in on May 27th and I refused to sign the apartment lease until I was able to do a physical walkthrough. Surprisingly the leasing office did not push back on this and gave me good vibes. Not so worried about the actual unit since the overall cleanliness of the building looks nice and good. BUT just to be cautious are there any specific things to look out for while doing an apartment walkthrough? Other than the basic scratches and things like that. We’ll be on the fourth floor so not sure if anything changes. Any advice on things to check for is appreciated! Thanks!
