apartment suggestions

hi i’m looking for a safe clean apartment in houston near jersey village. i absolutely hate roaches. so as long as there’s not a roach or rat infestation in okay. my range is anywhere from $800-$1000. i haven’t lived in houston so any suggestions would help.
