apartment suggestions

I will be an incoming grad student for the fall and on the apartment search already. What are some places around town that would be recommended? In particular, I’d prefer a studio/1br and would try to stay under a $900 base rent amount. I honestly don’t care for amenities at all but only thing is rlly ask for is that the place is honestly not roach infested for the love of god

I don’t have peers in town so I thought is try to get places suggested to me here! Any info helps tons as I’m kinda hesitant on trusting google reviews. Thanks lots!
