Apartment/Subletting search

Recently had to move out of my apartment due to roach infestation and management issues. Everywhere I’ve looked online at apartments.com and Zillow are all about the same in terms of the reviews mentioning roaches and “do not live here unless you’re desperate” type of comments. Even the pricier ones, so I’m worried that I”ll have the same issues. Are there any good websites or recommendations for finding a good spot or subletting? Even sharing a house with people is fine. I’ve checked Roomies.com and the Facebook marketplace but couldn’t find anything. Thanks
