Apartment started using Fetch. How do we get rid of this useless service?

For backstory, Fetch is a third party delivery service that you forward your packages to a sketchy warehouse which then gets delivered to you. I don’t like the fact our complex makes us pay for this service, and I have to wait longer to receive my packages. Not to mention the hassle of changing all my shipping addresses and the drivers are shady. All because the complex doesn’t want to take responsibility for lost packages…

Does your apartment complex use Fetch? How the hell do we get rid of this company??
