Apartment searching

Anybody have any good apartment complexes they can recommend? I know this varies from person to person and crime is everywhere. I’m looking for more of a “nicer” property, no pest issues or at least no major pest issues. 1bed 1 bath. Nothing under 700 sqft with a budget around $1300? Preferably spring/Tomball/woodlands or willowbrook area. Or heights….maybe. Lol
