Apartment rentals

Hello everyone, just looking for some apartment advice. I recently moved here and have been apartment hunting. Looking at my specifications (safety, amenities and location) I’ve narrowed it down to two apartments i.e. Helix at Med Center and Portico Kirby. They’re both great and cover most of what I’m looking for, I just want to know which one is better in terms of like management, maintenance and security, things I can’t really know of until I start living there.
