Apartment recommendations

Going to start working in memorial city this summer once I graduate. Currently live in Montrose paying 1660 for 800 square (the westheimer apartments) (highly recommended) looking to move to memorial or somewhere close to I10. Classic houston having a hard time finding a good and safe apartment. Would like to find one for 1500-1750 price range with 800+ sq feet. A study space or extra room would be nice for a desk as I will be WFH 2 days. Safety and security are a primary concern especially with car thefts and overall noise level of apartment to not be rowdy. Any recommendations? I have looked online at San Paloma( noise complaints and parking) and park on memorial although they have mixed reviews.

Remy looks super nice and May be worth stretching the budget for.

Also considering apartments near i10 inside the loop such as elan memorial park and assembly heights.
