Apartment opinions? (Elle, Villas at HP, Stella)

Hi all, I'll be an upcoming grad student at UH this fall and it'll be my first time living in Houston! I'm looking to live off campus but I've been having a hard time with finding a decent apartment since most of them have heavily mixed reviews for one reason or another. I was hoping to get some resident opinions about Elle at the medical center, Villas at Hermann Park, and/or Stella at the medical center. Even opinions of the general area that they're located would be helpful. Feel free to dm me as well, thank yall for your time!
