Apartment management won’t have AC properly fixed.

Hi everyone, A little bit of a backstory. My girlfriend and I had gotten our very first apartment last year in august through comcapp properties. When we first moved in, the ac was barely working and would not cool off and the very first night we had to sleep in 80 degree heat inside of the apartment.. after sending in work orders the maintenance team did fix the issue by Addis refrigerant to the unit which helped but was only temporary. Over the course of our lease we have had to submit a total of 9 work orders for the AC alone because they won’t properly fix it by sealing those leaks (ac units don’t burn through refrigerant, it only runs low or our when there is a leak) anyways just recently with this hot ass summer heat we’ve been BEGGING these people to fix the ac and all they would do is come in and change the filter and walk out in less than 2 minutes in which i have video proof of them doing so. I work overnight and I sleep during the day and it is unbearable… I wake up sweaty and have trouble sleeping because of the heat. I have already reported them to the HAA and just now contacted corporate.. what should I do next? What if all they do is make temporary fixes instead of fixing it properly? Also side note. My dumbass just signed a renewal for another damn year here.. I was also hoping I could get some legal advice and possible options of being able to terminate the lease without it affecting my rental history. Anything helps and God bless!
