I’ve contacted 5 different apartment locators this past month- only 3 replied back. 1 of those sent me a generic Google Maps list of places not even in my range or what I’m looking for, and the other 2 ghosted me after sending me half-assed lists (no community info, just apartment names).

What gives? Has anyone had luck even using these services or have recommendations? I usually look on my own but work/life has made it hard to gather info while leasing offices are open.
