Apartment Locator Services – Worth it??!

Independently looking at mid-rise and high-rise apartments. I'm wondering if it is in my best interest to work with an apartment locator person. Anyone have experience using one? What were the benefits? And were there better pricing offer than what you could get independently? Appreciate any shares!
