Apartment Issue

Where can I report that maintenance has not finished working on my shower for about 2 weeks. I do have 2 working toilets/restrooms but I can’t shower in my own apartment, I have to go to the next door apartment which has a broken window and it’s dirty. The shower itself is ok but I shouldn’t have to keep going to an apartment I feel uncomfortable in to shower. Today they claimed they knocked on my door but I know they didn’t because my dog barks anytime someone knocks to alert me. Please help.
