Apartment hunting

Hello! I'm currently living in an apartment complex, but thinking about moving next semester. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good apartment 2 bed 2 bath near UH or about 20-25 minutes from there? Mainly looking for a nicer area, but that isn't too much my budget is about 1200-1400.
