Apartment Experiences?

Hey everyone! We’re currently moving back to Houston and apartment hunting has been so frustrating. We’ve currently narrowed it down to Cabochon, Hermann Park Lofts, and Memorial Heights. Does anyone have experiences with any of them? It’s hard to know the quality if people love to review bomb apartments.
